Prof. Stefano Magagnoli

Full Professor

Stefano Maganoli is a Full Professor of Economic History at the University of Parma. His research has focused on the history of public institutions, and he is currently involved in several ongoing projects related to food history. He has published numerous essays and articles in both Italian and international books and journals. His most recent book is Vinaigre balsamique de Modène. Un goût italien à la conquête du monde, published by Presses Universitaires François-Rabelais de Tours in 2023.
