Prof. Marco Castellani
Full Professor
Marco Castellani is a Full professor of Economic Sociology at the University of Brescia, where he teaches Leadership and Complex Organisations and Decision-Making Processes in Public Administration. He is a member of the teaching staff of the PhD programme in Economic Sociology, Organisation and Labour Studies at the University of Milan. His research focuses on cognitive sociology, mainly in the field of bounded rationality and organisational choices, topics on which he has published two books ("La razionalità limitata nelle scienze sociali. Fondamenti, contesi e modelli decisionali", Carocci 2009; "Esplorare mondi possibili. Itinerari sociocognitivi oltre la scelta razionale", Il Mulino 2016) and numerous articles in leading national and international journals.
